🎵 Gotta give the people, give the people what they want! 🎵

You've been asking. And we've been listening.

Over the past few weeks, we've been shipping frequently requested features to help you bring your incident management to the next level.

It may be the dog days of summer, but let's ignore that, yeah?

Just take a look at this recent changelog. Note that this is the biggest one we've ever published.

And remember, these are mostly bug fixes and pieces of delight, so it doesn't even touch on some of the bigger things you've been requesting.

So...there's a lot to get into. Let's jump right in, shall we?

🛠️ Feature spotlight: New and improved Workflows

Workflows is a customer favorite features, so we decided to give it a bit of an overhaul.

With these changes, users can look forward to a totally reimagined building flow— designed to view, create and edit your Workflows more intuitively.

📔 Feature spotlight part deux: Internal Status Pages

Yeah, we're doing two of these sections this month 😅

Like Workflows, customers loved Status Pages. But recently, we've gotten a lot of requests for internal status pages to bring better visibility to cross-functional teams about any incidents that are happening.

So we're happy to share that Internal Status Pages are now live!

With them, customers can give folks who aren’t in the technical detail of incidents a snapshot of the current system status.

This can be useful for a support team who needs to identify incidents affecting their customers, executives who want an overview of current issues, or salespeople preparing for an important demo.

For folks who are just getting started as responders or adopting an incident management tool for the first time, our guide is a great resource to get you off the ground running.

It features detailed insights into incident foundations such as severity levels, lifecycles, and post-mortems. You'll also find deep dives into on-call and how to learn from your incidents to improve your products.

It's the one guide you'll actually want to read. Sorry, active user paradox.
