Our story

Back in 2019, our founders Stephen, Chris and Pete, founded in response to the massive pain they felt when managing incidents. Incident communication was clunky, response workflows felt half-baked, and meaningful insights into incidents was borderline impossible.

In the end, incident response felt much harder than it needed to be.

So they banded together to create a solution that was not only easy-to-use, but intuitive, powerful, and just felt and looked good.

We started our journey, ironically enough, in an old London fire station with a small, scrappy team of five and a simple product. But after raising a $34M Series A, led by Index Ventures and Point Nine, we’ve expanded our reach beyond our small London office into the US and our product has blossomed.

Now with a team of over 60 incidentios spread all across the US and London, we have clear product market-fit and a hungry team eager to make an impact.

We’re making a meaningful difference in the way teams of all shapes and sizes manage incidents, and providing little bits of delight every step of the way.

And with customers like Etsy,, and Ramp, we’re just getting started!

How we hire

Our standard recruitment process consists of four stages, you will receive a specialised preparation document if you are successful after application which outlines each stage in detail.

Please note for some positions the process may vary, with stages being swapped or additional stages being added.

Do you offer visa sponsorship?

Yes, we can support with working visas for the majority of our UK based positions.

Do you offer remote working?

We are focused on building out our teams in London and New York City and ask everyone to work from the office at least 3 days a week.

We work very asynchronously, but we find a few days together makes a huge difference right now.

Supporting fully remote work is something we are happy to discuss on a case by case basis for certain positions, please add details on this topic into your application.

What if I don’t see an open position I qualify for?
