👋 Hey folks

Happy holidays!

As we put the finishing touches on 2022, we’re still hard at work launching new features to help you automate and streamline your incident response. Here’s what we’ve been up to this month:

Notion & Asana integrations for enhanced workflows

We’ve launched integrations with two of the most popular productivity tools around.

With our Notion integration, teams can export post-mortem documentation directly into the tool. Now teams can collaborate and learn from incidents in just a few clicks. This integration will also give you the benefit of having every single post-mortem stored in a single database, with customizable properties such as lead, severity and type.

And with our Asana integration, you can track and export all of your incidents directly into Asana. A win-win for everyone.

Dashboard notifications for information at a glance

Post-incident response processes are a critical part of incident management. That’s why we’ve recently launched dashboard notifications. Now, you can receive updates about important activities and information for incidents you were involved in.

From timeline interactions and notes, to follow-ups and status updates—with notifications you’ll always be in the loop as an incident active responder or collaborator.

I’d like to give a shoutout to…

A little bit of gratitude goes a long way.

That's why we recently rolled out a new shoutout feature. Now, you can show your appreciation to folks who helped you with a special project, tackled an incident like a pro, or simply showed up whenever you needed them.

It only takes a second but goes a long way. Who do you want to give a shoutout to?

Insights for pager load

Managing on-call schedules can be a tricky task, and figuring out if one person is shouldering most of the load can be even harder. Beyond that, getting deep insights into your on-call setup can be virtually impossible without spending dozens of hours looking through the data.

We knew that this was a sore spot, so we recently launched our pager load dashboard. This dashboard brings together data from sources like PagerDuty and Opsgenie to help answer all of your on-call questions.
