Let’s start with the obvious: we’d like to have Anthropic as a customer. We greatly admire the work they are doing at the intersection of frontier models + safety.
We use lots of different AI tooling at incident.io.
We’re all-in at AI at incident.io, both to improve the productivity of our internal team and, more importantly, to provide our customers with superpowers in the form of an AI incident responder. We’re building an agent that will investigate the incident with you, show you what’s wrong, and why it’s wrong. Eventually, we’ll show you how to fix it or offer to fix it on your behalf. It will feel like we’re right there with you, helping you resolve the incident just like your best & most experienced colleague would.
But back to Anthropic.
We wanted to put something together to demonstrate the value we can deliver to them based on our experience working with other large tech and AI companies. With so many people relying on Claude Desktop, Claude Code, and APIs, the stakes are exceptionally high when it comes to resolving incidents. We understand the chaos caused by incidents of all severities. From alert to resolution, we’ll provide Anthropic with everything they need to respond quickly, reduce downtime, and keep customers informed.
Here’s the page we put together just for Anthropic to help them understand the value of moving to a modern, all-in-one incident management platform.

One of the “make it magic” moments on the page is a game called PagerTron, which we vibe-coded up just for Anthropic in Claude Code. This was my first experience using Claude Code, and it was honestly incredible (and fun!) to put it together. To think that you can build a simple game like that with a database of high scores without understanding very much about how it works is insane.

I’m hoping people from Anthropic play the game, and if they beat the high score, there’s a special prize waiting (ok, if anyone reading this gets the high score, you can get a special prize too).
The meta point here is that this is the future of marketing. Tools like Claude and all the other AI apps free up marketers to get back to being creative and coming up with interesting ways, like this, to engage with potential customers, like Anthropic is for us.
p.s. if you are reading this and know someone at Anthropic, can you forward it to them. Please? :)

A look at how on-call schedules work, and how we made rendering them 2,500× faster — through profiling, smarter algorithms, and some Claude.

For the last 18 months, we've been building AI SRE, and one of the things we've learned is that UX matters more than you think. This week, I used AI SRE to run a real incident, and I walk you through it end-to-end.

Everyone is using AI to help with post-mortems now. We've built AI into our own post-mortem experience, pulling your Slack thread, timeline, PRs, and custom fields together and giving your team a meaningful starting point in seconds. But "AI for post-mortems" can mean very different things.
