New Joiner: Ryan Hoskin

Hi all, Ryan here. I'm excited to have joined incident.io as the VP of Customer Success.

While I've only been in this job for a few weeks now, I've spent my 20-year career working at startups, focusing primarily on incident response. From being an on-call engineer myself to managing response teams or even building them from the ground up, I've seen it all, the good and the bad, when it comes to helping customers with their issues. It's a space for which I am incredibly passionate.

I'm very impressed with the team at incident.io. It's a good company with even better people who have a relentless focus on providing the best customer experience. I'm really happy to now be a part of this amazing group and help us take that work even further.

Outside the office, you'll find me spending time with family, whether it's camping or playing a round of Mario Bros. with my kids, or working on projects in my wood shop.
