New Joiner: Rhys Pedrick

Hi 👋 I’m Rhys, the newest member of the sales team at incident.io. I’ve joined from GoCardless, a London-based Fintech, where I spent the last 3 years learning how to solve some pretty complex payments problems.

I’m really excited to be part of the (rapidly growing) team at incident.io and even 3 days in have a calendar full to the brim of calls, coffees, demos, and interviews. Having worked at a smaller (120→300 person) startup before, I decided I wanted to go right to the start and join a company with less than 20 employees (a number that will likely be outdated by the time this is published!).

Outside of work, I can be found on the golf course (well, at least in the trees trying to hack my way out) or hunting out some European microbreweries (Dok in Ghent is certainly worth a visit!).
