Hey folks! I’m Nick, I’ve just joined incident.io as an Account Executive in New York.
My most recent post was in a similar role at Frame.io, a video collaboration platform for creators to centralize their creative workflow. I joined them in mid 2019 all the way through acquisition by Adobe in late 2021 and then some. Prior to that I was at a B2B e-commerce start up called Handshake (acquired by Shopify in 2019).
While I’m far from an engineer, platform incidents aren’t just an engineering problem; and it’s that shared sentiment that drew me to incident.io. Let’s face it, platform incidents happen, but managing relationships and product evaluations are a lot easier when you can get ahead of a problem, and sometimes fix it before your clients even notice.
When I’m not in the office you’ll probably find me on the golf course shooting way over par, or exploring new places to eat in the city. Fun fact: it would take 22.7 years to eat at every restaurant in the five boroughs of New York City. Five years down, 17.7 to go…
