Hi, I'm Mara! I'm a Senior Talent Partner born and raised in New York City. My focus at incident.io is expanding the company's presence in the US and hiring top talent for the GTM engine (CSM, Sales, Marketing). I'm the first talent hire in New York office, which is super exciting!

Before joining incident.io, I worked at RapidSOS, an intelligent safety startup, as a Sr. Recruiter focused on senior business hires and MBA internships. Prior to that, I've been an industry chameleon, recruiting in the tech, legal, and education sectors.

I'm a total extrovert at heart, and my favorite part about working at incident.io is all the people I get to interact with. In my free time, you can catch me trying new restaurants, travelling, and spending time with my mini dachshund, Coach.
