New Joiner: Ashley Frith

Hi 👋🏻 I am Ashley the new Senior Talent Partner here at incident.io focusing on Tech & Product roles.

I have spent my whole career as a technical recruiter 💻. Initially working at a small agency in Hertfordshire focusing on .NET engineers. Then helping an international fintech checkout.com scale from 300 employees to 2,000 during my 3 years working there.

I am looking forward in helping incident.io scale its engineering and product teams so we can push our product development 🚀 As well as working with the talent team to improve the overall experience of working and joining incident.io.

Outside of work I occasionally play football but love watching Liverpool (usually lose), F1, Rugby and cooking programmes as well 👨🏻‍🍳 Most importantly though I have a 18 month old Staffy Darcy 🐶
