About the Text Message Services

Message and data rates may apply. Unless otherwise noted, Text Message Services send multiple, recurring messages. The frequency of the Text Message Service will depend on the frequency of incident occurrences within Your organization for which You are utilizing the Services to manage. Therefore, the frequency of Text Message Services will vary. In the absence of incidents, We will not message you more than one (1) time per calendar day. During incidents, You may receive multiple messages as details of the incident being managed are discovered and/or as incidents go through Your organization’s remediation and resolution processes.
