Undecline an incident

Many of your incidents probably kick off as triage incidents, often sparked by an alert. It's all too easy to act on impulse and dismiss a triage incident that seems harmless, only to realize moments later that it was more important than it appeared. The hassle of reopening an incident and piecing together all the missing context can be a real headache.

But worry no more! We're excited to introduce a new feature that lets you undecline an incident from Slack. If you find yourself in this sticky situation, you can now reverse that decision and bring the incident back to life.

Once you've undeclined an incident, it goes right back to triage, giving you a second chance to decide on the best course of action. So go ahead, happy undeclining!
