Coordinating incidents over video calls is crucial for responders, especially for those on remote teams. We already supported calls with Google Meet and Zoom, and now we're excited to announce a Microsoft Teams integration for Slack organisations! This new integration helps by automatically spinning up a call when an incident is declared and linking to it from the channel to save responders time during incidents.
To get started, install our Microsoft Teams integration, and enable “Automatically create incident call”. Once this is enabled, we’ll spin up a new Microsoft Teams online meeting for you each time you create a new incident.
You can also manually create and link Microsoft Teams online meetings through the dashboard, and in Slack using /inc
.
