We've released our alerts API, which you can now view in our public API documentation!
You can now fetch all alerts for your organization, apply different filters and view any attachments between alerts and incidents. Leverage the API to build out any internal reporting, tooling or analysis custom to your needs.
A few things you can do with the API include:
- You can list all alerts, or show a single alert
- You can filter alerts based on items such as status or deduplication key
- You can list all connections between incidents and alerts, filtering by incident_id to find all alerts attached to a particular incident
What else we've shipped
- Microsoft Teams customers can now manage Atlassian Statuspage incidents via workflows
- Azure DevOps incident ticket templates and follow-up templates now support setting the "Work Item Type" field
- Insights dashboard filters now support an

- Insights dashboards now default to last 12 weeks (instead of 3 months) to show more recent insights by default
- Tables in Insights dashboards now all consistently use browser locale when displaying dates and timestamps
- If you've enabled acknowledging escalations in PagerDuty, when it's acknowledged in incident.io, we'll no longer acknowledge that escalation when it expires in incident.io
