New Joiner: Maddie Harris

Hi, I’m Maddie 👋 I’m super excited to have joined incident.io as the first full-time People Operations Lead!

I spent the last 18 months in People Operations at Freetrade, getting stuck in to everything and anything people related - including onboarding over 200 employees!

I'm buzzing to be joining incident.io - it's so cool to be part of an early-stage company, but it really feels like we're on the edge of something amazing, so I can't wait to see where the trajectory takes us 🚀

Outside of work, like any good millennial I'm a sucker for a good brunch (or just good food in general). I try to balance this out with exercise as best I can, namely with netball and tennis, and more recently running having signed up for the London Marathon 🏃
