New Joiner: Lucy Jennings

Hi 👋 I’m Lucy and have just joined the incident.io team as a Customer Success Manager! 👏

I have joined from Enthuse who provide donations, fundraising and event registration technology to charities. At Enthuse I worked mainly in Onboarding and Support to provide maximum success for charitable causes.

I am really excited to get started in the Customer Success team, where I will be the tallest member of the team (at 5ft 5in) and hope to create maximum delight for our customers! 😁

Outside of work, you’ll find me playing tennis and cooking unnecessarily complicated dishes. 🎾
