New Joiner: Katie Hewitt

Hi! I'm the newest member (and first non-engineer!) to join the incident.io team. I'm going to be working on all things Strategy and Ops, from getting the rails in place to keep us working effectively as a business, to developing our value proposition and long-term goals.

I'm bringing a pretty eclectic background to the team. Over the past 10 years, I've worked in both the public and private sectors, spanning roles including Product Manager, New Propositions Development, and most recently Head of Programme for a £20m government initiative to improve the outcomes of people leaving prison. Taking something new and providing it with structure and direction is my jam.

Outside of work, you can mostly find me attempting to become a yogi, cooking copious amounts of food or escaping London for a weekend by the sea.
