New Joiner: Benji Sidi

Hi! I’m Benji - I’ve recently joined incident.io as a Product Engineer.

I’ve recently completed an MSc in Machine Learning, before which I was working as a software developer at Orgvue, where I worked on a user configurable data ingest pipeline and a system for anonymising and aggregating product usage data.

I enjoy thinking about how to clearly communicate lots of complex information (I used to write a blog presenting astrophysics concepts to laypeople), and I’m excited to be working on a product that’s all about clear communication in stressful situations! In my first week I’ve been really impressed with the team’s focus on addressing users’ pain points at a frankly astonishing pace.

When I’m not at work you can find me doing martial arts, playing board games and writing.
