You can now export post-mortem documents as .docx files to Microsoft 365 SharePoint. For full details on how to get this set-up, please check out our help article.
Post-mortem document list
If you head over to the Post-incident tab in the dashboard, you can now view all of your post-mortem documents in a single place and filter on details like post-mortem document status.
This enables managers and stakeholders to keep track of the overall progression of post-mortem documents, as well as ensuring that they all end up in a completed state. You can find some additional bells and whistles such as the count of follow-ups completed.
