Organizations can now leverage our new Escalations API to pull detailed information on their escalations. For example, you can use it to run additional analyses (ie. MTTA) or pull escalation data into your internal tooling for more context.
You will be able to retrieve your escalations and filter them by status, timestamps, alert, and escalation path. You’ll also be able to see events associated with an escalation, such as who we notified and who acknowledged an escalation. For full details on what is provided, please see our official docs.
Additionally, we are also providing support in our Singer Tap!
Notification rules on mobile
You now have the ability to manage your on-call notification rules from the mobile app. Previously, you could only do this in the dashboard.
Additionally, we have a sparkly new preferences page which should look a bit cleaner and feel a bit speedier.
