Talent Referral Scheme FAQs

Q. Who can refer talent to incident.io?

A. Anyone! Yes anyone is allowed to participate with our referral bonus initiative. However, only individuals are eligible to help talent efforts, this therefore excludes recruitment agencies and plaforms.

If we unfortunately find out there is a partnership with a recruitment agency or platform for the submission of a referral, the bonus will not be eligible.

Q. How well do I need to know the person to refer them?

A. It’s essential it’s a warm referral, someone that you know well and who knows you are introducing them to the incident.io, it shouldn’t come as a surprise to your referral!

Therefore, this could be:

• Current or ex coworker
• Current or ex manager
• Someone from School / University / College
• A friend
• Other - maybe someone you’ve met through a community/network group etc

Unfortunately we will not be accepting referrals of a family member or partners.
